Terms
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Cottages are available from 3pm or 4pm depending on individual cottage (in Confirmation). Please leave by 10am or 11pm, again depending on individual cottage. We would ask you to leave the cottage clean and tidy and please leave rubbish bagged and in the dustbins.
TELEPHONE Each cottage has a payphone, number detailed in Confirmation.
PROBLEMS Please report any problem immediately in order that we can rectify it. Please don’t try to repair anything yourself such as an electrical fault. Just leave a note of breakages.
NUMBER OF PERSONS USING THE PROPERTY We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if numbers exceed agreement
SECURITY There is crime in the Cotswold's, as anywhere else so please ensure that you close all windows and doors before you go out. Please ensure that your personal possessions are insured in case of theft (either on your Home Contents policy or Travel Insurance.)
FUEL The price of letting includes gas and electricity. There is enough wood or coal for an evening. More supplies are for sale locally.
LINEN The bedrooms will be made up as required. Towels can be provided at extra charge.
PETS Well-controlled dogs are welcome.
TENANT BEHAVIOR The home and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional cleaning charge may be otherwise incurred. The tenant undertakes not to do or permit anything to be done which may, in the opinion of the management, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others in the village.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS The management reserves the right to refuse a booking for any reason, at any stage of the booking and to terminate the rental, to any breech of the above conditions. The management may visit the home at any reasonable time.
LIABILITY If the property becomes unavailable for any reason we shall make every effort to find alternative accommodation. Failing that our liability is limited to reimbursement of any monies paid.
